     The juridiction for the taxi cab owners or the drivers are there for driving but they hacked and many other taxi's operate in the name of the one i.e hacked taxi cabs.It is mostly prevelent in the bigger cities where there is a huge demand of the taxi and people are in plenty to travel at any cost. Usually according to the survey and results done it has come to understanding that the taxi's which are not having permit and are illegal end up having much business and people have also fun in riding on them as they charge less as compared to the original taxi licencer holder.
The best example is from our country only. Mumbai where there is lot of taxi which are illegal but they do a great business...

The term "hack" was first used by US university computing centre staff in the mid-1960s.Context determied whether it
is complimentry or derogatory. there where many phrases used for it like "ugly hack" or "quick hack" which refered
to the latter meaning  also phrases like "cool hack" or "neat hack" to the former.
In the modren day hacking has become a fashion for the software engg. and they feel proud for doing it.Hack also
work outside the computer programming. for example maths hack means clever mathematical problem solving.
